1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging ERRL for testing, submitting samples, or using this website and verification portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and applicable international standards (ISO, ASTM, OECD, UN regulations).
2. Sample Submission & Chain of Custody
Clients are responsible for proper packaging, transport compliance, and accurate labeling of all test specimens submitted to the ERRL facility. ERRL reserves the right to reject samples that pose unmanaged hazardous risks or do not meet temperature/stability prerequisites.
3. Test Reports & Intellectual Property
Final analytical reports and certificates issued by ERRL relate exclusively to the specific sample lots submitted and tested. Reports may not be reproduced except in full, without written authorization from ERRL quality management.
4. Limitation of Liability
ERRL exercises accredited scientific rigor and precision under ISO/IEC 17025. Laboratory liability is strictly limited to the direct testing fees invoiced for the specific evaluation, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law.
